As Bernard Madoff plans to plead guilty to his mass deception, the federal agency that insures pensions stepped in to provide the pension benefits to employees at a company that Madoff swindled. Though this photo is somewhat reminiscent of a man facing a firing squad, he'll likely only face one life in prison for the many lives he's shattered.
