Keeping It Real: A First Lady Like No Other

You gotta love Michelle Obama--especially if you're in the DC area, and are accustomed to the occupants of the White House being a community unto themselves. This lady seems to be serving food in a soup kitchen or visiting a school every other day! Today, in honor of Women's History Month, she invited celebrities as diverse as makeup magnate Bobbi Brown to songstresses Alicia Keys and Sheryl Crow to the White House only to disperse to visit and give words of encouragement to girls in DC area schools. Mrs. Obama visited Anacostia High School located, as it's ominously called, "East of the River" in one of DC's lesser privileged areas. Read all about it here.
