I LOVE THIS SHOW!

There's something about Boston Legal...that is so refreshingly original. Not cloying and overdone like Ally McBeal nor...self-righteous like The Practice, (which in the beginnning it annoyed me for NOT being) but just quirky, funny and good. At first, I thought it was the writing--and it is, to a great degree, but more than that, it's the actors, their characters. Candace Bergen, William Shatner and James Spade are just; they just work. Is there anything William Shatner cannot do? He's gotten awfully rich being variously self-mocking and offbeat.
